Oasis

Oasis is The Alice Mayo Society group for Mayo Clinic's campus in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona. It exists for the spouses and same-sex domestic partners of Mayo Clinic active and emeritus staff members.

The group provides a community that facilitates social interaction and promotes a sense of connection among the spouses and partners of Mayo Clinic consulting, voting and emeritus staff through socializing, as well as clubs and special interest groups.

Oasis provides social interaction through a variety of venues and special interest groups.

Coordinators and chairs of special interest groups, special events, or committees must be active members of Oasis.

The Oasis Special Interest Groups listing provides:

  • The names of several groups
  • Coordinator names and contact information
  • The date and time the group meets
  • The location and activity of each group

Join or pay dues

Those eligible to join Oasis include the spouses and same-sex domestic partners of consulting, voting and emeritus staff at Mayo Clinic's campus in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona, as indicated in the Human Resources system.

All requests to join are verified for eligibility by Mayo Clinic Human Resources.

The $20 annual (calendar year) membership dues are voluntary, not a requirement. These dues and any optional donations are used to fund Oasis member events.

How to join

Join by mail and pay dues by check. Print and complete the membership form. Make your check payable to "Oasis."
