Methodist-Kahler School of Nursing Alumni Association was organized in 1922 to promote fellowship and communication among alumni.

The association existed for three purposes:

• Promote fellowship and provide channels of communication between members
• Preserve, uphold, and support professional nursing
• Preserve the heritage of Kahler School of Nursing and Methodist-Kahler School of Nursing
