  • May 31, 2019: Deadline to indicate you would like to attend site/lab tours in Arizona or Florida (emailed invitation)

June

  • June 17, 2019: CORE 6150 Test out info available
  • June 30, 2019: Student health insurance opt-out deadline

July

  • July 1-2, 2019: Start date, check-in orientation
  • July 8-9, 2019: CORE 6150 Test out (optional)
  • July 10-13, 2019: Mayo Clinic in Arizona/Florida new student visits (for applicable students)
  • July 11, 2019: CORE 6000 Responsible Conduct of Research begins
  • July 15, 2019: Suggested rotations schedule 1 begins, find a mentor
  • July 22, 2019: Genome biology begins

Pre-arrival requirements (Due June 10, 2019)

The Student Services office (mccmadmissions@mayo.edu) will send you a pre-arrival requirements checklist by email with the items/forms listed below.

  • MN Net Study 2.0 Background Study
  • National Background Check
  • Student Vaccination Attestation and Authorization Form
  • Student Tuberculosis (TB) Attestation and Authorization Form
  • Copy of Current Medical Insurance Card (proof of health insurance)

Additional requirements (Due June 10, 2019)
