Application Process

Positions

One position is available on a competitive basis each year in the Advanced Head and Neck Oncologic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

We participate in the American Head and Neck Society (AHNS) Fellowship Program Match. Applicants with a D.O. are not eligible to participate in the AHNS match, but may contact the fellowship program after the match occurs to see if a position is available and if they are eligible for consideration.

How to apply

You must apply through the American Head and Neck Society (AHNS) using the AHNS application.

The application and all supporting documentation must be submitted following the deadlines set by AHNS for the year preceding the program start date. The academic year begins in early July.

  1. To apply to the program, visit the AHNS website. In addition to the AHNS Fellowship Application, all applications to Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education programs must include these application materials.

Send all Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education-required documents to:

    Barbara J. Chapman
    Education Program Coordinator
