Up to four positions are available on a competitive basis each year in the Advanced Radiology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic's campus in Arizona.
How to apply
The academic year begins in July.
The application and all supporting documentation should be submitted at least two years preceding the program start date. Since applications are generally accepted until all positions are filled, it is to your advantage to complete the application process as soon as possible.
You must apply through ApplyYourself, a third-party application service. No matching services are currently used, except for the Breast Imaging Track.
- Breast Imaging application deadline is December 1. If you're unable to meet this deadline, please contact email@example.com. Visit the ApplyYourself website. All applications to Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education programs must include these application materials. In addition to the standard application materials, this program requires that two of your letters of recommendation be from your radiology residency program director and another faculty member.
- Breast Imaging and Musculoskeletal Imaging tracks only: Appointments are made through the Radiology Match, which is sponsored by the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). For these tracks, you must register for the match in addition to applying through ApplyYourself.
- Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited to visit Mayo Clinic for a personal interview with the program director and selected faculty. During the application and interview process, you will be asked to specify which core fellowship track you are applying for and to identify any specific elective opportunities that are of interest.
