*In response to the many challenges students are facing in dealing with the broadening of the COVID-19 situation, Mayo Clinic's Visiting Medical Student Clerkship program has extended the April 1st application deadline to April 30, 2020 for the July-September 2020 clerkship. We understand that you may have difficulties submitting all required documentation outlined in our application, specifically, the AAMC Standard Immunization Form. Please complete as much of the application as possible and submit by April 30, 2020. Outstanding items can be submitted at a later date.
