As a former participant of the Post Baccalaureate Research Experience (PREP) Program, and the Initiative for Maximizing Student Development (IMSD) Program, I can attest that these programs provided the opportunity to build a diverse network of colleagues, as well as a strong foundation of skills, which have shaped the trajectory of my career path in biomedical research. It’s an honor to serve as a member of the leadership team, and I look forward to contributing to the continued success and grow
