Completion and certification
Upon completion of the program, you will receive a certificate from Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences documenting successful completion of the 12-month postgraduate NPPA Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism Fellowship. This certificate verifies that you have completed all components outlined in the curriculum and have achieved program competencies.
By the end of the program, you will be eligible to sit for the Board-Certified Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM) certification which is administered by the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (BC-ADM),
