Mayo Clinic considers medical education to be the cornerstone of future medical practice. As a fellow in the neonatal-perinatal medicine program, you can engage in scholarly activity in the domain of medical education in order to develop the skills to effectively and efficiently train future generations of physicians.
The current education priorities at Mayo Clinic emphasize the development of new curricula and methods of knowledge delivery, with special emphasis on emerging educational and communication technologies. Training and mentorship opportunities in all aspects of medical education are available to neonatal-perinatal medicine fellows.
