Zach Larson, PharmD
Hometown: Brentwood, CA
Pharmacy school: Idaho State University
About me: I'm a first-generation pharmacist interested in leukemias, lymphomas, and bone marrow transplant. Outside my professional life, I enjoy skateboarding, skiing, hiking, and going to concerts. I've been married for 6 years, and our family consists of my wife, our daughter, and our Bernedoodle.
Why Mayo Clinic? I chose Mayo Clinic because I knew it would allow me to be at the forefront of cutting-edge care in oncology. I also appreciated the emphasis Mayo Clinic placed on research, as it is one of the shields represented by the Mayo Clinic logo. In addition to these career reasons, I knew I would connect with the RICH TIES values, which include teamwork.
