In-Person Program

2027 Dates: June 1-10, 2027

Time: 10am-3pm

Location: Mayo Clinic Phoenix Campus
(5777 E. Mayo Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85054)

To be eligible to apply, students must be a current sophomore or junior attending an Arizona high school. No prior clinical experience is necessary. In-person attendance on all days is required for participation.

Application process

1. Go to the Mayo Clinic Online Application System. 

2. Create a new account or sign-in with an existing account. If you need technical support with your log-in credentials, please email ETC@mayo.edu.

3. Once you've logged into your account, select Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science Experience, and then Mayo Clinic CARES Program (In-Person).

4. Once you have created your account and selected the correct program, please complete the application, which includes essay questions.
