Our residents and faculty foster a collegial environment and education-focused culture that provides an inclusive learning experience. Training can be challenging, but our program is close-knit and each resident brings a dedication to providing stellar patient care as well as a collaborative learning experience.

I was really excited about the amount of hands-on experience you get in the Dermatology Residency at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, starting from day one. I also got the sense during my interview that mentorship was taken very seriously at Mayo. I felt like the attendings and residents I met on my interview day worked together cohesively and genuinely wanted to help each other succeed. The built-in preliminary year is also a great way to start developing a local community early on!

Daniel Zieman, M.D.Hometown: Mobile, Alabama About me: Born and raised in a big family on the Gulf Coast, I now have a small family of my own with my wife Hayden and our cat Ollie. We love being near the water in Jacksonville. I'm an Auburn Tiger at heart (War Eagle) and enjoy reading, playing guitar, and finding the best fish tacos and margaritas in town. |

Hannah Berman, M.D.Hometown: San Francisco, CA About me: I am a water-loving beach girl, enjoying life here in Jacksonville! You can find me running and swimming on the beach every day with my dog/BFF, Dan. Since moving to Jax, I've also been really into biking on the beach and looking for shark teeth in the sand. Off the beach, I like baking bread, taking care of my plants, and going out for drinks or dancing with my friends! |

Jeremy Bray, M.D.Hometown: Scottsdale, AZ About me: I enjoy running, hiking, basketball, pickleball, and going to the beach with my wife and dog. We love trying new restaurants, have season passes to Universal Studios, and often take day trips to explore everything Florida has to offer. |
