About me: It is true that at Mayo Clinic, the needs of the patient truly do come first. It has been one of my life's greatest honors to serve our patients as an internal medicine resident, chief medical resident, and now as a gastroenterology and hepatology fellow. I'm excited to deepen my investment in our patients clinically, in research, and as an educator. Quality improvement and patient safety are key components of my medical career and institutional focus. Outside of work, I enjoy time spent with my family, the outdoors, biking, and hydroponic/aquaponic gardening.

About me: I'm a Miami native with a love for science, good food, and new experiences! I completed my M.D./Ph.D. training at the Medical College of Wisconsin before moving to Jacksonville for residency. I'm especially interested in pancreatic diseases and exploring how viral infections may contribute to pancreatic inflammation. Outside of medicine, I enjoy trying new restaurants, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and discovering new hobbies. I'm always on the hunt for a great meal and a good laugh!
