Overview
Mayo Clinic's one-year Neuro-Ophthalmology Fellowship maintains an exceptional learning environment due to the broad and diverse patient population and experienced faculty. Mayo Clinic's campus in Jacksonville, Florida, is unique because it offers a single-center for ophthalmology, neurology, neurosurgery, ENT, endocrinology, rheumatology, and neuroradiology. We receive referrals from very busy full-service departments, including neurology, neurosurgery, and neuro-intervention, among other internal and external referrals which provides a large sampling of both common and rare diseases with patients coming from all around the world.

- Opportunities for exposure to all aspects of neurology, neurosurgery, and ophthalmology, including pediatric neuro-ophthalmology, oculoplastics, glaucoma, and retina.

- Exceptional didactics, journal clubs, and radiology rounds.
- Monthly neuro-radiology rounds and Mayo tri-site meetings where you will interact with the enterprise neuro-ophthalmology group from Mayo Clinic's campuses in Phoenix, Arizona, and Rochester, Minnesota.
- Exposure to leading-edge procedures and equipment while working with program faculty and many other subspecialists who are committed to teaching and facilitating the growth of medical knowledge.
- Optional one-month elective rotation at Mayo Clinic's campus in Rochester, Minnesota.
