The most important indicator of the success of a training program is found in the outcomes of the graduates upon completion of their training.

What attracted you to Mayo Clinic?

The reason for Mayo Clinic’s reputation as a world-renowned institution was evident from the first time I visited Mayo Clinic. The emphasis on patient care and the hope provided to patients is unparalleled. Patients come from all over the world with complex pathology, which provides great learning opportunities. All the staff you encounter are devoted to prioritizing patient care and education. It was a great place to train as both a medical student and resident.

Our patients come from all over the world to place their trust in Mayo and its outstanding reputation, gifting us with the privilege of caring for a unique and diverse population. It’s a very special and comforting feeling knowing that, under one roof, Mayo has world renowned experts in every specialty to help in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The collegial environment truly nurtures Mayo’s most coveted value: “the needs of the patient come first.” I am honored to be training at an institution that continually sets the gold standard in caring for patients.
