Application Process
Positions
Two positions are available on a competitive basis each year in the Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic's campus in Rochester, Minnesota.
Qualifications
Applicants for the Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship must have completed an accredited three- or four-year anesthesiology residency program.

How to apply
The application and all supporting documentation must be submitted by March 31 of the year preceding the program start date. The academic year begins in July.
You must apply through SF Match, a third-party application service.

Visit the SF Match website to register as an applicant, use the Central Application Service (CAS), and rank programs. All applications to Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education programs must include these application materials.
In addition to the standard application materials, this fellowship requires these additional supporting materials to be submitted with your online application:

Copies of your American Board of Anesthesiology-American Society of Anesthesiology (ABA-ASA) in-training examination scores. These items can be emailed to lmanderson@mayo.edu.

- Appointments are made through the Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship Match, coordinated by SF Match under the sponsorship of the Pediatric Anesthesiology Program Director's Association (PAPDA).
- Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited to a virtual interview with the program director and selected faculty. Interviews are conducted between March and May each year.
