Visiting Resident Rotations

We are delighted by the interest shown in our fellowship program and appreciate the enthusiasm of residents seeking to enhance their training through rotations at our esteemed institution. Our program is dedicated to providing a rich educational experience, fostering professional growth, and advancing medical knowledge.

Given the high demand for rotation opportunities, we have implemented a formal application process to ensure fairness and transparency. We encourage all interested residents to apply and look forward to reviewing your applications.

Application windows

  • Jan. 1 to Feb. 25 (Rotations starting Sept. 1 to Dec. 1)
  • May 1 to June 25 (Rotations starting Jan. 1 to April 1 of the following year)
  • Sept. 1 to Oct. 25 (Rotation starts May 1 to Aug. 1 of the following year)

Application process

Send an email request to the program coordinator, along with the following documents and rotation dates requested:

  • Completed application form
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Personal statement outlining your goals and interests
  • One (1) letter of recommendation
  • USMLE/Complex scores

Selection criteria

  • Academic performance
  • Professional achievements
  • Alignment of interests with our program's objectives
  • Letter of recommendation
  • Service commitment
  • Personal attributes

Important information

  • Late applications: Due to the structured nature of our application process and the high demand for rotations, we regret that we are unable to make exceptions for late applications. Please ensure your application is submitted within the designated window.
  • Notification: Applicants will be notified of decisions within five days following the end of each application window.
  • Lead time: Accepted applicants will have a minimum of six months’ lead time before the start of their rotation.
