Positions
One position is available on a competitive basis each year in the Clinical Neurophysiology Electromyography Fellowship at Mayo Clinic's campus in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona.
Qualifications
To be eligible for the Clinical Neurophysiology Electromyography Fellowship, you must have successfully completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)-accredited residency program in neurology in the United States or Canada.
Fellowship appointees are required to obtain and maintain an appropriate medical license while enrolled in Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education.

Mayo's academic year begins in July. Completed applications are reviewed from November through February and interviews are offered on a rolling basis.

- Complete the Recommendation Request section
Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited for a personal interview with the program director and selected faculty.
Interviews are conducted between November and January each year.
