Meet Our Fellows
The Gastroenterology, Motility Fellowship draws trainees from across the U.S. and around the world. While all our trainees have a love of learning and a compassionate approach to patient care, they come from diverse backgrounds, family status, and professional and personal interests. Meet our current fellow and learn about their experience in the program.

The most important indicator of the success of a training program is found in the outcomes of the graduates upon completion of their training. We prepare our fellows with the best possible training and faculty. The tools and experiences you learn here will help prepare you for the impact you are looking to make in your career.
Graduates pursuing careers outside of Mayo Clinic will find that Mayo's reputation opens the door to opportunities at the most prestigious and competitive programs around the world.
I came to Mayo Clinic for the unique experience of advanced fellowships in esophageal and motility disorders. These fellowships are virtually unique, as few places have subspecialty faculties and clinical practices that can support an advanced fellowship in these subspecialties. Despite very busy careers, everybody at Mayo appears to have a genuine "open door" policy and is happy to give time and support to ideas about research projects or clinical questions on short notice.
