Our JEDI mentality: Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion

We recognize every fellow may enter our program with their own unique challenges, and we're committed to helping everyone succeed. Our institution and department support trainees who are historically marginalized or underrepresented in medicine through mentorship and open communication. Learners with physical, sensory, chronic physical health, or mental health conditions are encouraged to utilize the resources at Mayo Clinic to attain the best possible experience and training.

We are highly supportive of JEDI research and community engagement. All fellows will rotate at The Neighborhood Christian Clinic monthly to treat uninsured and predominantly Spanish-speaking patients.
