Meet The Faculty

The Department of Ophthalmology at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota provides services for more than 109,000 outpatient visits per year. Both inpatient and outpatient facilities are state-of-the-art and you will be exposed to leading-edge procedures and equipment.

The department has 29 staff members, including two Ph.D. researchers. The neuro-ophthalmology service includes four physicians. In addition, there are 12 ophthalmology residents and several fellows in either clinical or research training.

Faculty

In addition to caring for patients in their clinical practices, Mayo Clinic's faculty members are committed to teaching and facilitating the growth of medical knowledge. Many of our faculty have published and lectured extensively and are highly regarded in their field. You will have direct access to the ophthalmology faculty at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota throughout your training.
