Application Process


One position is available on a competitive basis each year in the Neurocritical Care Fellowship at Mayo Clinic's campus in Rochester, Minnesota.

How to apply

The academic year begins July 1.

The application and all supporting documentation must be submitted by Dec. 31 of the year preceding the program start date.

You must apply through SF Match, a third-party application service.

  1. Visit the SF Match website to register as an applicant. Fill out a Central Application Service (CAS) application form, provide the required documents and select our program for distribution. All applications to Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education programs must include these application materials.
  2. Appointments are made through the Neurocritical Care Fellowship Match, which is coordinated by SF Match and sponsored by the Neurocritical Care Society.
  3. Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited to visit Mayo Clinic for a personal interview with the program director and selected faculty. Interviews are typically conducted between December and May each year.
