Mayo Clinic is known internationally as an institution that can deliver the best patient care in the most efficient manner. As a trainee, you are a beneficiary of the resources that make this possible. Residents and fellows can focus on direct patient care and maximize time in the operating room and clinic while other arms of the practice take care of what must happen behind the scenes.
