There are two positions available on a competitive basis each year in the Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at Mayo Clinic's campus in Jacksonville, Florida.
Qualifications
To apply to the Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at Mayo Clinic's campus in Jacksonville, Florida, you must have completed an accredited internal medicine residency program.
Appointments are made on a competitive basis after review of academic achievements, letters of recommendations and personal interviews.

How to apply
You must apply through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) for Fellowship Applicants.
The application and all supporting documentation must be submitted by the predefined deadlines found on the ERAS website. The academic year begins in July.

This fellowship requires a letter from your internal medicine residency program director and at least two additional letters of recommendation.
- Appointments are made directly through Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education. Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited to visit Mayo Clinic for a personal interview with the program director and selected faculty. Interviews are conducted during limited dates in September and October.
