Our program offers a superb rheumatology training experience for those who have a passion for improving the lives of patients and advancing the field of rheumatology. We provide you with vast opportunities to do clinical research in multiple areas.

Accreditation

The Rheumatology Fellowship is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).

Certification

Once you have successfully completed the Rheumatology Fellowship, you will be eligible to take the subspecialty examination in rheumatology from the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Program history

The Rheumatology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, began in 2011. It is expected that one fellow will begin this program annually.
