Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine matriculated its first class in 1972. For more than 40 years, a world-class faculty of physicians and scientists has educated aspiring physicians in patient-centered, science-driven, team-based healthcare.

Since 1917, Mayo Clinic has been preparing candidates for M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in biomedical sciences. Currently, more than 100 students are working toward master's degrees and over 200 are working toward doctoral degrees
