Full program costs

The full, multi-year program costs for the two-year Clinical Neurophysiology Technology Program is $16,856. This total includes tuition and program fees. It does not include scholarships or personal costs, such as housing, food, and transportation.

Budget information

Estimated budget information is provided to allow you to completely prepare for your education. The estimated budget is the estimated cost of education-related expenses.

  • Personal and miscellaneous expenses include clothing, laundry and cleaning, personal hygiene and grooming, recreation, renter's insurance, student health insurance, and disability insurance.
  • Transportation expenses include gas, oil, maintenance, and insurance. 
  • Federal student loan fee is the average amount based on prior year borrowers and are a percentage of the total loan amount.
  • Dependent care and other expenses may be added to the budget on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation. Contact Mayo Clinic's Financial Aid Office for further information.

About the Mayo Clinic Workforce Development Scholarship

All programs within Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences are offered to help support and develop the staffing needs at Mayo Clinic. The Mayo Clinic Workforce Development Scholarship provides students tuition-free access to specific educational programs that lead to healthcare careers where qualified candidates are needed and current job openings are in high demand. As long as students remain in good standing, they will receive this scholarship for the full duration of the program.

Tuition and fees: Rochester Community and Technical College 

The tuition for the program during the two semesters (25 credits) at Rochester Community and Technical College (RCTC) is the same that is paid by all its students. For current tuition rates, visit the Rochester Community and Technical College website. Tuition for RCTC coursework is paid directly to RCTC.

Financial aid

Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences offers financial incentives for students to participate in many of its health sciences training programs. Scholarships, grants, and low-interest loans may be available for those who demonstrate financial need.

The Office of Student Financial Aid and Registrar can provide more details about financial aid or incentives. 

Other financial aid may be available from Rochester Community and Technical College.

If you withdraw from your classes at Rochester Community and Technical College once a semester has started, tuition is refunded according to its refund policy.
