Positions
There is one position available on a competitive basis each year in the Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship program.
Qualifications
Applicants for the Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship must have successfully completed pediatric residency in an ACGME-accredited program in the United States or a program accredited by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC).

How to apply
You must apply through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) for Fellowship Applicants. Pediatric Hospital Medicine is part of the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) Pediatric Specialties Fall Match.
The application and all supporting documentation must be submitted by September 1 of the year preceding the appointment date. The academic year begins July 1.
- To apply to the program, visit the ERAS for Fellowship Applicants website. All applications to Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education programs must include these application materials.
- Appointments are made through the Pediatric Specialties Fall Match. Candidates must register through the Specialties Matching Service.
- Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited to visit Mayo Clinic for a personal interview with the program director and selected faculty. Interviews are conducted between August and October each year prior to the match date.
