Application Process

There is one position available on a competitive basis each year in the Peripheral Nerve Surgery Fellowship.

How to apply

You must apply through ApplyYourself, a third-party application service.

The application and all supporting documentation must be submitted by January of the year preceding the program start date (approximately 18 months in advance), though applications are accepted at any time during the year. The academic year begins in early July.

  1. To apply to the program, visit the ApplyYourself website. All applications to Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education programs must include these application materials.

In addition, this fellowship requires that you submit a letter of recommendation from your residency program director or department chair with your online application.

  2. Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited to visit Mayo Clinic for a personal interview with the program director and selected faculty. Interview dates vary from year to year. On occasion, interviews may be arranged off-campus at the time of major national meetings.
