Positions
Three positions are available on a competitive basis each year in the Regional Anesthesiology and Acute Pain Medicine Fellowship at Mayo Clinic's campus in Jacksonville, Florida.
Qualifications
Regional Anesthesiology and Acute Pain Medicine Fellowship is an ACGME-accredited fellowship program. To be eligible, you must have successfully completed an ACGME-accredited residency program at Mayo Clinic or another accredited academic medical center.
Other accredited bodies include:
AOA-approved residency program, a program with ACGME International (ACGME-I) Advanced Specialty Accreditation, or a Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC)-accredited or College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)-accredited residency program located in Canada.

How to apply
Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education does not process printed applications to this program. You must apply through SF Match, a third-party application service. Do not send materials to Mayo Clinic.
Mayo's academic year begins in July. Fellowship applicants can submit a completed application form and all required documentation through SF Match from January-March the year preceding the program start date.

- Appointments are made through the Regional Anesthesiology and Acute Pain Medicine Match, which is sponsored by SF Match.
Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited to interview with the program director and selected faculty.
Interviews are conducted March through May each year.
