Students, parents, and advisers are invited to learn about careers in medical imaging at our annual Imaging Programs Open House on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2019, at Mayo Clinic's campus in Rochester, Minnesota.
Radiology is a medical specialty that uses medical imaging techniques to diagnose and treat diseases. Careers in radiology require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to obtain diagnostic images in a professional atmosphere that emphasizes patient care.
As a student at Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences, you are positioned at the heart of our premier patient care and cutting-edge research in the fields of nuclear medicine, radiography, and sonography.

Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences offers medical imaging training in these areas:
- Nuclear Medicine Technology Program (Minnesota)
- Radiography Program (Minnesota)
- Sonography Program (Florida and Minnesota)
Location and parking
This year's open house will take place in Geffen Auditorium, located in the Gonda Building on the Mayo Clinic campus in Rochester, Minnesota. The event begins with a short program at 9 a.m., followed by tours of the imaging areas.

Use the Damon Parking Ramp, 15 Third Ave. SW, just west of the Gonda Building. From the Damon Parking Ramp, take the elevator to the subway level. This is the only entrance that is open. Student guides will direct visitors to Geffen Auditorium in the Gonda Building.
