Overview

The one-year Breast Imaging Fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, provides an exceptional and multidisciplinary experience to prepare you for a successful career in private or academic practice. Our comprehensive approach provides training in the fundamentals of breast imaging, image-guided breast interventions, and advanced breast imaging exams. The curriculum also provides opportunities for a multidisciplinary experience with the inclusion of rotations with non-radiologists such as surgeons, breast medicine physicians, and pathologists.

Program highlights include:

  • A personalized approach to breast imaging education with only one fellow per year
  • A comprehensive, multidisciplinary curriculum
  • A high faculty ratio of 8:1
  • State-of-the-art equipment and facilities
  • ACR® Designated Comprehensive Breast Imaging Center (formally referred to as ACR® Breast Imaging Centers of Excellence)
  • Paid expenses for one CME meeting
