To be eligible for the Maxillofacial Prosthetics and Dental Oncology Fellowship, you must be a graduate of an accredited U.S. dental school or Canadian dental school and be eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota.
Supplemental requirements mandate that you have also graduated from an American Dental Association-accredited advanced education program in prosthodontics.
Once appointed to a Mayo Clinic graduate medical education program, you must obtain either a full Minnesota dental license or currently hold a specialty license in prosthodontics in the state of Minnesota. Information about the application process for this license will be provided once an appointment is made.
