Positions
One position is available on a competitive basis each year in the Nuclear Radiology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic's campus in Phoenix, Arizona.
Qualifications
To be eligible for the Nuclear Radiology Fellowship, the candidate must be board certified or eligible for certification in their area of interest and have completed accredited Radiology Residency training.
Unfortunately, Mayo Clinic in Arizona is unable to support ABR Alternate Pathway candidates at this time.

How to apply
Candidates must apply through Recruit, a third-party application service.
Your application materials must be received by Dec. 10 the year preceding the program start date.
The application and all supporting documentation are accepted between November 1st and December 10th two years prior to the start of the academic program. (For example, applications submitted between November 1st and December 10th, 2025 are considered for the 2027–2028 academic year).
Complete the following steps to apply:
- Create an account to begin the online Application for Admission
- Carefully review Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education policies, the trainee job description, and materials required within application materials and complete/submit application
- After submission of application, please proceed with the following
- Upload each required item in the "Supplemental Items" section
- Request two letters of recommendation - one from the radiology residency program director and one from a residency faculty member - in the "Recommendations/Verifications" section (each letter writer will receive an email with a secure link to upload their letter)
Note: Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited for a virtual interview with the program director and selected faculty.
