There are two positions available each year in the Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship.
You may apply to the Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship if you are currently training in or have successfully completed a fully accredited residency program in general pediatrics or combined medicine-pediatrics in the United States.
Also see general admissions requirements for Mayo Clinic Graduate Medical Education programs.
How to apply
You must apply through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) for fellowship applicants.
Applications may be submitted beginning August 2, 2020. Ideally, the application and all supporting documentation must be submitted by mid- to late August 2020, to expedite interview decisions.
- To apply to the program, visit the ERAS for fellowship applicants website. All applications to Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education must include these application materials.
- Appointments are made through the Pediatric Specialties Fall Match, which is sponsored by the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) Specialties Matching Service. All candidates must register through the Specialties Matching Service after submitting an application through ERAS.
- Applicants considered for an appointment will be invited to interview with Mayo Clinic pediatric cardiology faculty via remote video conference. In 2021, interviews will be conducted between September and November.
