2022 Commencement
Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine celebrated several milestones at 2022 Commencement. It was the first time commencement ceremonies were hosted by the school at all three campus locations. It was the first time Mayo Clinic in Florida graduated a full cohort of medical students. Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences also celebrated its graduates at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, during a joint ceremony with Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine.

2021 Commencement
The first multistate commencement for Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine in Minnesota and Arizona was held in May 2021. Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences also celebrated 2020 and 2021 graduates during a virtual commencement ceremony in September 2021. Anthony Fauci, M.D., director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and the chief medical adviser to the president, delivered the 2021 commencement address for Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences commencement ceremony.
