About the department

The Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Mayo Clinic includes many subspecialty divisions focused on the full breadth of orthopedic surgery, giving you access to a range of common and complex cases. By collaborating with scientists in Mayo Clinic research facilities for biomechanics and regenerative medicine, our surgeons develop new solutions for patients that improve healing, speed rehabilitation and improve outcomes.
