Admissions Process Timeline

Sept. 1 through Dec. 1

  • Application cycle open for submission for the following academic year

Dec. 1

  • Application window closes
  • Applications with missing application materials will not be reviewed
  • Completed applications will be sent to Track Admission Committees for review

Dec. 1 through Jan. 5

  • Track Admission Committees will begin their review of completed applications
  • Selected applicants are invited to an on-campus interview (if you are unable to make it to an in-person interview, alternative options will be discussed)
    • Financial assistance (airfare and hotel) will be provided to applicants residing within the U.S. and U.S. territories
    • Financial assistance may be considered on an exception basis for applicants not residing in the U.S./U.S. territories if travel costs are comparable to domestic travel
    • Campus interview location details will be specified if you are invited to an interview

Late January through mid-February

  • Applicants either waitlisted or no longer being considered will be notified
  • Interviews will be conducted

Mid-February through March

  • Appointment offers extended 

April 

  • Final application decisions will be communicated
  • Onboarding process begins for new cohort

June through July

  • New student orientation
  • Required courses begin in July
  • Students start their first lab rotation shortly after orientation on home campus
