These monthly, virtual, faculty development sessions are facilitated by AEE Speakers Bureau members. Designed to introduce and reinforce practical and evidence-based strategies for Mayo Clinic educators, mentors and preceptors committed to improving their effectiveness.
Curriculum Foundations Courses were designed to provide MCCMS faculty with the knowledge, skills, and resources to successfully examine their own bias, be an upstander for our learners and other colleagues, and examine practices, policies, and curriculum that may perpetuate racist systems.
