All orientation activities are mandatory. Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education orientation will take place at Integrated Education and Research Building (IERB) Auditorium 1-216 5951 East Mayo Blvd., Phoenix, Arizona, 85054. Orientation begins at 7:45 a.m.

Refer to your appointment letter for your assigned MCSGME orientation date. You'll receive an email from Brittany Kelton providing you with first day reporting instructions.

Program specific orientation activities will take place following orientation, and those details will be communicated by your education program coordinator.

Note: Bring headphones to orientation for use during online module completion.

Residents: June 24-30, 2025

Fellows (PGY-2 and above): July 1-3, 2025 (no orientation on July 4, for observed holiday)

August Surgical Fellows (Abdominal Transplantation, Adult Recon, Colon and Rectal Surgery, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, Orthopedics-Sports Medicine, Vascular Surgery): July 29-31, 2025
