Photography

Every trainee is required to have a portrait taken for use on your Mayo Clinic identification badge. Portraits are taken at the time of hire or onboarding; every five years after your time of hire or onboarding. You're encouraged to have this done at the same time you are on campus for your occupational health assessment. If you're unable to have your photo taken before your start date, you'll have an opportunity to have this completed during your orientation.

Business formal attire must be worn for your portrait. Suit or sport coat, dress pants, button-down/up collared shirt and tie, dress, blouse or sweater. Casual clothing or fabric, such as denim is not permitted. You will need to bring your Mayo Clinic Person ID with you to take your photo. This will be given to you 90 days before your orientation date. If you need it earlier, please reach out to Brittany Kelton.

Self-service photo booth available both on Phoenix and Scottsdale campuses. The photo booth is touchscreen and offers a tutorial to walk you through every step of capturing your photo. It is open 24/7 so you can stop by at your convenience. Please ensure the seat height is adjusted properly for your photo.

  • Phoenix campus — Support Services Building, west lobby near Occupational Health.
  • Scottsdale campus — Mayo Clinic Building, Concourse Level. As you face the Taylor Auditorium, the photo booth is down the hall on the right.
