Before coming for orientation, you're required to have your portrait taken for use on your Mayo Clinic identification badge.

Business formal attire must be worn for your portrait. Suit or sport coat, dress pants, button-down/up collared shirt and tie, dress, blouse or sweater. Casual clothing or fabric, such as denim is not permitted.

Mayo Clinic has a photo kiosk on campus.

• The kiosk is located next to Employee Health on the 1^st floor of the Vincent A. Stabile North Building. 
• The kiosk is available Monday through Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• The kiosk is self-service and offers a tutorial to walk you through every step of capturing your photo. It requires you to have an email address and your Person ID number, which you can request from your Education Program Coordinator.
