Before coming for orientation, you're required to have your portrait taken for use on your Mayo Clinic identification badge.

Business formal attire must be worn for your portrait. Suit or sport coat, dress pants, button-down/up collared shirt and tie, dress, blouse or sweater. Casual clothing or fabric, such as denim is not permitted.

Mayo Clinic has a photo studio on campus.

• The studio location is in Media Support Services Suite 720N in the Vincent A. Stabile North Building.
• The hours are Mondays and Tuesdays between 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
• Walk-ins are accepted.

Additionally, there is a self-service photo booth on the first floor of the Vincent A. Stabile Building. The photo booth is touchscreen and offers a tutorial to walk you through every step of capturing your photo. It is open 24/7 and only requires you to have your Person ID number that is assigned by Mayo and an email address.
