Every trainee is required to have a portrait taken for the online directory and your Mayo Clinic identification badge/access card.

Business formal attire must be worn for your portrait. Suit or sport coat, dress pants, button-down/up collared shirt and tie, dress, blouse or sweater. Casual clothing or fabric, such as denim is not permitted.

Mayo Clinic has photo studios at two campuses.

• Downtown Campus is located at Mayo Building, Mezzanine-82E (one floor above the lobby).
  • The hours are:
    • Mondays between 8 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-5 p.m.
    • Tuesdays between 7-11 a.m. and 12-4 p.m.
• Saint Marys Campus is located at Domitilla Building, Ground-125.
  • The hours are first and third Wednesdays between 7-10 a.m.
